Ingredients
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup (100g) brown sugar
1 large egg
¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
3 instant oatmeal packets (any flavor, e.g., maple brown sugar, cinnamon spice, or apple cinnamon) – about 1 ⅓ cups (129g)
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
